Does OVERPAY cost money?

The Digital Edition of the Definitive Guide on the Weapon Finish is completely free and available to everyone. The Physical Edition, on the other hand, costs $20.

Is OVERPAY available in other languages?

OVERPAY is only available in English for the time being.

Can I redistribute this work?

Please contact the author about distribution - otherwise, further redistribution of the work in any way without prior consent from the author is not permitted.

Where can I find future editions?

There are three ways:

1) For a limited time, you can sign up to the newsletter in the footer below. When future editions are released, participants will receive an e-mail.

2) Following the shutdown of the website, the @farquhauri Twitter will keep posting updates on future editions.

3) The original Google Drive link will contain the newer editions and will be featured on the r/csworkshop subreddit.

Is there a physical edition available?

Yes! Visit the Buy or Home pages for more information on the Physical Edition, available through Amazon KDP. There is also a personal, limited assortment of physical copies of the book, initially produced in 2020.

What’s the difference between all the editions?

Refer to the editions page.

There’s a mistake in your book?

Please contact me using the given contact links below! I would be more than glad to correct any mistakes present in the book. Noted errors can be found on the Download page, and later on the change-notes page.

Is OVERPAY up to date?

The First Edition is up to date as of the 5th of October 2020.

The Second Edition is up to date as of the 15th of October 2020.

The Third Edition is only as up to date as the previous edition in terms of interviews and number of finishes. It has been updated to reflect changes to the Workbench.

Can I use content from the book in my guide, video or post?

Yes - you can feature content directly from the book under the Fair Use law, as long as the appropriate credit is provided to the author so as to ensure there is no question on the origin of the work.

Why is the project called OVERPAY?

“Overpay” is a commonly used term in the CS:GO trading community. It’s also a cool word, and that’s ultimately the main reason.

Can I translate your work?

Currently, any redistribution of the work, whether translated or not, is not permitted. Interested parties can contact @farquhauri on Twitter, and following approval, create videos explaining (or translate) the contents of the guide in (or to) another language.
